Upon logging in, you are presented with a "My Paperless" dashboard featuring widgets that highlight your assigned jobs and any outstanding items, such as expired insurance or unsigned lien waivers. You use the portal to immediately upload required files and review the status of your compliance requirements without needing to call the general contractor's office. A major benefit is increased efficiency and visibility, as the portal provides numeric indicators for tasks that require your immediate attention. Additionally, if you work for multiple general contractors who use pVault, you can easily switch between different client environments within the same portal interface to manage all your obligations in one place.
