Address Book Dashboard

The Address Book in Sage Paperless Construction serves as a central database for managing company and contact information across the system. User access to the address book is granted in Address Book Settings.

ClearToPay™ Compliance Manager integrates with the Address Book, which houses the following:

  • The master list of companies that are tracked or used in ClearToPay.

    Note

    This includes the company itself and all levels of vendors.

  • The master contact records that are used in ClearToPay for communications and external access.

From My Paperless, click Address Book to access the Address Book Dashboard.

A: The Overview section provides numbers and links for the total active and inactive companies and contacts in the Address Book, as well as how many have been updated in the last week.
B: The Address Book Issues section provides the total number of issues associated with company and contact records as well as links to each summarized list.
